What happens in therapy? 

First and foremost, you can expect to be welcomed into a warm, safe space that fosters guided self-exploration. You can trust that your most authentic self will be met with validation and empathy.

We’ll address: distorted thoughts, maladaptive behavior, and emotional well-being.

We’ll build skills to boost confidence, improve communication, set appropriate boundaries, and encourage effective coping so that you can experience a better quality of life. 

What is CBT?

CBT, or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, is a highly researched and useful therapeutic modality that encourages individuals to understand how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected.

How long is therapy?

Each session is 55 minutes.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please be sure to cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance to avoid the late cancellation fee.

Do you take insurance?

Yes! I am in-network with the following providers:

Aetna, Carelon, Cigna, Independence Blue Cross (virtual), and Quest with more to be added soon!

I also accept private pay clients.
