My Approach
Therapy is a lot like a road trip. We’ll most often travel the CBT or DBT route, but ultimately you are in the driver's seat so you control the direction and speed of our work together. As your therapist, I will help you navigate towards achieving your treatment goals, and I will always have extra fuel available on days when you're running low. The road to healing may feel bumpy at times, but learning new things along the way and seeing how far you've come will make the ride worthwhile.
