About Me
Hi! I’m Lyndsey, PA Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for supporting youth and families. In 2012 I received a Masters in Clinical Social Work from Bryn Mawr College and have since had the privilege of working therapeutically with children, teens, and young adults from various perspectives including inpatient and outpatient settings. In 2024 I grew from group practice to launch Footprints Forward, and it has been an enormous blessing to continue serving in my community in this new capacity.
In my practice, I often draw upon my humor and relatability with an empathic and enthusiastic energy that encourages reflection and insight.
You may be familiar with Picasso’s moving quote, “The meaning of life is to find your gift. The purpose of life is to give it away.”
I believe in this sentiment whole-heartedly as it is truly a gift to be entrusted to support young hearts and minds, bearing witness to their experiences as they navigate one of life’s most critical stages. In turn, I am committed to ensuring clients feel safe, seen, and empowered using skill based, empirically researched treatment approaches that reliably reflect positive change.
